Waist-to-Hip Ratio Calculator
Estimate central-fat risk with one of the simplest body-composition ratios: waist circumference ÷ hip circumference.
How to measure correctly
- Waist: narrowest point between ribs and pelvis (or at navel if unclear), after normal exhale.
- Hip: widest point around glutes.
- Use the same tape, posture, and timing each time to track trend accurately.
This is a screening metric, not a diagnosis. Pair it with trends in weight, waist-to-height ratio, and training performance.
