Nutrinaut Tools turns common nutrition, training-fuel, sleep and grocery-planning arithmetic into transparent, editable estimates. It is designed for generally healthy adults who train recreationally.
We show formulas, assumptions, examples and sources so readers can judge a result instead of trusting a mystery score. The site does not diagnose, treat or provide a personalised diet.
What we publish
A deliberately small toolkit
Nutrinaut Tools contains eight calculators and six explanatory guides. Each tool has a purpose-built input model, visible arithmetic and an explanation of what the result can and cannot tell you.
