Mission
Make the arithmetic inspectable
Nutrinaut Tools turns common nutrition, training-fuel, sleep and grocery-planning arithmetic into transparent, editable estimates. It is designed for generally healthy adults who train recreationally.
We show formulas, assumptions, examples and sources so readers can judge a result instead of trusting a mystery score. The site does not diagnose, treat or provide a personalised diet.
What we publish
A deliberately small toolkit
The launch set contains eight calculators and six explanatory guides. Each tool has a unique input model and result. We removed unsupported health scores, supplement dosing, body-fat diagnosis, photo estimates and other concepts that could look precise without enough evidence.
- Deterministic calculations run locally in the browser.
- Every method has a version, validation bounds and source register.
- Every health-adjacent page states who should not use it.
- Material corrections update the page date and version history.
