Each tool names its formula or decision rules, input bounds, rounding and assumptions.
Numerical claims link to primary research, regulators or official professional guidance.
Pages carry a real content date. Material formula changes increment the method version.
Reports are reproduced, checked and documented under the editorial policy.
Review status
No implied clinical review
No external nutrition or medical reviewer is attached to version 1.0. We therefore keep the scope educational, avoid diagnosis and dosing, and explicitly exclude clinical populations. “Medically reviewed” badges do not appear anywhere on this site.
The author’s role is publishing accountability, not clinical authority. Future expert review will be named only after a real reviewer has approved their full name, factual credentials, scope of review and conflict-of-interest disclosure.
