Nutrinaut publishing standard
Editorial and Corrections Policy
The standards used to write, source, review, correct and archive Nutrinaut Tools content.
Accountability
A human-owned publication process
Every published page names Eugene Blago as the accountable publishing owner and carries a method version and update date. Drafting assistance may be used, but nothing is auto-published: calculation logic, examples, claims and links are checked against the cited sources before release.
Writing and evidence
Standards for every page
- Writing must be original and useful beyond the calculator interface.
- Numerical or health-adjacent claims require an adjacent primary or official source.
- Examples are labelled fictional and are not testimonials or recommendations.
- Uncertainty, exclusions and product heuristics are stated where a reader uses them.
- No invented quote, credential, case study, review badge or clinical authority is permitted.
- Advertising or affiliate relationships cannot set an editorial conclusion.
Corrections
How a report is handled
- Receive the URL, observed issue and supporting detail.
- Reproduce a calculation error or check the disputed claim against its source.
- Correct code and copy together when they share a method.
- Run reference fixtures and affected route checks.
- Update the method version or content date and add a visible note for a material change.
Email [email protected] with “Correction” in the subject. Do not send sensitive health information.
Removal
When content is archived
We remove or return HTTP 410 for pages that cannot be substantiated, duplicate a stronger tool, imply diagnosis, require specialist review we do not have or cannot deliver a complete user outcome. Unknown routes return 404 instead of a generated fallback page.
