Your checks
Food and training responsibility
You remain responsible for allergies, intolerances, ingredient labels, food hygiene, medication interactions, competition rules and whether an activity is appropriate. A grocery list cannot guarantee allergen safety or nutritional completeness.
Urgent situations
Do not use a calculator for triage
Concerning symptoms or suspected exposure to pure or highly concentrated caffeine require prompt local medical or poison-service advice. If severe sleepiness affects driving or machinery, stop the activity. Contact your local emergency service when symptoms are urgent.
Persistent concerns
When a routine question needs assessment
Persistent insomnia, loud snoring or gasping, severe daytime sleepiness, unexplained weight change, recurrent gastrointestinal symptoms or difficulty eating enough deserve discussion with a qualified clinician. A correct calculation does not rule out a health problem.
